This is a KFC / Taco Bell. The last three times we tried to order there we were unable to. First time they were out of beans.... Second time they were out of "bread" tortillas. The third time they were not serving Taco Bell, only KFC. That will be our lasttime there. Employees are rude and poor management. Read more
I work Doordash and every time I come here to pick up an order they NEVER have any chicken cooked. Today another customer was... told it would take 30 minutes just to cook chicken! I also work in a restaurant full-time and I know for a fact it doesn't take30 minutes to cook chicken. Instead of cooking more ???? clean when they are down to their last 8 pieces they apparently waituntil someone orders. At this point, I'm not sure why they are even still in business! Read more
Went out of my way 10 minutes to give my business. 8/30/22 at 10:52am ticket #1782 Ordered 4 five layer burritos and repeated it... at least three times in drive thru. Woman (light skin/scar on face), reciept says marissa, didn?t repeat my order back to meuntil I got to the window. I told her I ordered 4 five layer burritos and I know I did because 1 for each kid. She said no addons at the window! Mind you, I was the only person at the store drive thru my entire visit. It wasn?t an add on, it?s what Iordered at the speaker. Well I guess She preferred I went around and reordered because of her mistake. I said she should?verepeated my order back to me at the speaker and not the window, she didn?t honor her mistake and had a big unnecessary attitudethe entire time. Now I had to stop at McDonald?s to get the other two kids something. Handsome black gentleman came to thewindow to hear my complaint and asked what he could do, I didn?t want anything else at that point. However, I appreciated hisconcern/validation about me being the only person at the restaurant. Her attitude was just absolutely unnecessary and really puta damper on my morning. Consistent garbage service. Always out of something. Always have an attitude. Always a pain to try and pick up orders from.... Never taking another dash to here or ordering for myself from here again. Read more
Literally just drove away from this joke of a place after sitting in the drive the through and NO ONE would respond. Drove by... the front and seen one employee sitting down and one standing behind the counter. What a great way to run a business Read more
They were so rude. I had a pick up order. It took a while before they would acknowledge me stand at the register and two... different employees walked right by me. Once they did acknowledge me, they tell me they have no chicken. At 7:10pm no chickenand they stay open until 9 or later. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Read more
Chicken was crispy, and also cooked well. Service was quick and easy. Taters were good and the green beans weren't soggy for... once. They must?ve been doing something right that day! 5/5 for Colonel Sanders! Read more
On Tuesday Nov. 1st 2022, I went through the drive. A young girl was working drive through. I have never seen her before,... however she was great at her job in drive through. She was friendly and I appreciate that very much, due to the day I washaving. My experience on Tuesday was very pleasant. I hope that young lady makes employee of the month, she was very kind,respectful of customers and my order was packed perfect, us customers appreciate great customer service like this. The younglady looks new because I have never seen her before. However give the girl a raise, I very much so appreciate NO attitude, andshe was very helpful and my order was done right.
