Dining room not open to public. It?s 9:38 am to be exact in the morning. Couldn?t order what I wanted we were in drive thru so... long they ran out of breakfast We waited in line for over 40 min to order and get it food. Worst place ever. Never never stophere and try this. Don?t know what happen when they first open it was a great place it had gone down hill since. Located next to a school & as we got our food, kids came in. It was insane! Too many kids just hanging out. By the time, I... ordered my to go food chicken was out. Then, when chicken came up they were out of biscuits. Repeated my order when it wasfinally ready & was told that it was all there. 50 minutes later, when I got home, no apple pie. Read more
This was our first visit to Jack's. We dont do a lot of fast food, so we didn't really know what to expect. The entire... restuarant was spotless. The staff at the counter was very nice. Our food came out fast, although some of the items weredifferent from what we ordered. Sausage burrito instead of bacon. No big deal, wasnt worth complaining. The manager was the onefilling the orders, so didnt really see the point of talking to him about himself, he also took his break while we where thereand was smoking in a chair right next the the main entrance. Not awesome for your non smoking customers but, all in all, we hada good experience and we would go there again. Read more
Ms. Patterson is an excellent leader, if she is one, if not she needs to be! Came out and checked on us remade our sandwiches... with no arguing and I saw her changing their sanitizer buckets and labeling them! Great job! Read more
This location has a serious problem. 8:15 pm and advertised they are open until 10. Tried to ask about ordering and Teresa in... the back rudely and loudly complaining and to not mess with ?her front counter?. Whatever that meant? Third time in the lastfew weeks to try to order chicken and told no more would be cooked. The girl taking the order at the register was veryapologetic about the rudeness. Unfortunately, Shania (she was taking our order) was fired ON THE SPOT in front of us because shewas trying to ask a question for US, the customer. If Teresa is the manager of this location then we will find somewhere else togo. By the way, as the whole incident was taking place with us, several people behind us waiting to order left. Said they wouldgo where a customer was appreciated and would not be treated so rudely. Maybe this location does not need any more business fromus. We never have this kind of treatment at other Jack locations in the area! Read more
We have been regular patrons of this Jack?s and a couple of the others in the area today we ordered one special a barbecue bacon... double cheeseburger with fries and then we got one barbecue bacon double cheeseburger without fries and normally runs between 12and $13 they told us 16 almost $17 and I said no that?s not right the Young man at the window tried to turn the monitor to showus. Which by the way we couldn?t see the monitor. When I said no that?s not right we?ve come here several times that?s not theprice what else did you add he got angry threw my card inside the store and walked away from the window a female came over andrang us up and it was $11.53, so definitely not almost $17 I really don?t appreciate having my credit card thrown around in thestore as he has his tantrum. The fact that no one from Jack?s here or on the web address on the receipt has even replied at all,we will never return to this Jack?s. While in this area we will patronize the Jack?s in Eufaula. First time ever eating at a Jacks. The experience was awful! We stood in line for 25 minutes to place an order and there were... only 3 people in front of us. Multiple people came in after us and left after 10-15 minutes of waiting. I wish I had! The menuitem I ordered was not available so ordered a ?grilled? chicken sandwich. It was a rubbery piece of chicken. Definitely notgrilled. Ate 2 bites and threw it away. I should have known better than to even go in to begin with as when we were walking inan employee stormed out cussing while pulling his clothes off- I guess he just got fired? I am one that doesn't like to give a negative review but after being there twice and with the first time walking out after 20... minutes of waiting and never being even acknowledged along with several other customers and this time taking 15 minutes to getacknowledged and we were the only customers in line I felt I have to review this. Today they were out of all sides but potatoesand out of grilled chicken as well. As the young man was trying to take our order, the 2 females kept interrupting him to getdoordash pick up and they were doing nothing at all except gossiping. They were going to still be open for 4 hours and didn'tcare or try to prepare food. I am a manager and I would want someone to bring this to my attention. Read more
