I?ve had some bad experiences, but this one takes the cake. We had a reservation for 8 and there were about 6 of us. First of... all, our waitress was everywhere on the planet but our table. There were a total of 25 occupants at best throughout therestaurant, and it took 20-25 min to get a water and a beer. We all order after an hour and not only was every order (minus one)incorrect, the wrong order that was given to another guest at our table, was attempted to be regifted to me. While I wascontinuing to wait for an hour and a half for my 10 count traditional wings, the waitress comes to me and says ?I?m sorry sirbut for some reason your ticket got lost while I was putting the orders in?. I?m not gonna lie, I forget stuff all the time butafter 30 min of me not eating and everyone else being done you might think to check. Long story short, after 2 hours I get mywings. Additionally, the waitress told me that she would discount the wings because of how long I had to wait. I was chargedfull price and I was charged twice the price of what a side of fries were. My friends that got mixed drinks got charged forpatron additions that were an extra $9 per drink. There was a 20% gratuity charge which shouldn?t have been applied because wedid not have a party of 8 or larger. The young ladies at the entrance are really friendly and welcoming. Our server had excellent customer service. We ended up... meeting the manager/owner of the business he was really friendly and welcoming. How ever upon leaving one of the worker?s hadbad customer service. He gave the vibe ?pay bill and leave, other people need to use the bowing ally? when every other seatingin the bowling section was very much empty. We came here because of the good reviews. It did not disappoint. The food was outstanding. The service was Excellent. The... drink selection was very good. The arcade was fun. We did not bowl on this visit. The arcade and restrooms were modern and veryclean. We highly recommend visiting. Read more
Thank you to the management and staff for allowing us to celebrate our daughter's sweet 16. Hangar 38 was the perfect location... for good food, fun games, bowling and great prizes. We also utilized a private room to watch movies towards the end of thebirthday celebration. With such an accommodating management and friendly staff reservations are sure to go quickly!! Read more

Had a great time here today. After looking at the menu I was super impressed. They have TONS of stuff on the menu. Burgers,... Wings, Barbecue, Sushi, Pizza, you name it. I ordered a burger which came out GREAT! My wife had sushi which she said was good.They also have a HUGE bar with quite a few draft beers to select from. The game selection was nice. Super excited to have this place in Dothan. Lots of fantastic family fun . The food is fabulous!!!!! I was shocked at how great... it was. We all enjoyed it. We had the best waitress. The bowling section is very nice. The bar is huge. We enjoyed playing thegames after dinner. They still need a little work on their Prises Section as far as items to win. Hangar 38 in Dothan is awesome! Their pizzas are fantastic, anytime we go we usually get the family deal which is two pizzas, a... couple drinks, and four hour long game cards for less than $100. We have dinner and use one of the game cards for that night,then we have three cards left over to use anytime it's a rainy day and we're looking for something fun to do.
