Not a great experience. I really wanted a tuna sub so I googled it and this store came up. Tuna itself was not good. Very bland... and what little taste it did have was not pleasant. As much as I love the sandwiches when I get them, I'm not sure why I don't go here more. Everyone is always super nice and my... order is always right. My only issue (hence 4 stars) is that regardless of if there's 10 people in front of you or if you'rethe only person in there, there's a wait that feels too long. Like "may as well sit down" long. I don't get that. But, alwaysdelish. Hook n Ladder with everything (steamed, of course) is the way to go. Their chili is pretty awesome too. Read more
It's been a while since I've been here. The food was good as always. The place was clean. The service was perfunctory but not... friendly. I used to eat lunch here a lot before I changed jobs. It was always a friendly atmosphere. I think there is a generaltrend toward malaise and discontent among people in service-oriented jobs lately. Attitudes range from apathy to plain rudealmost everywhere. No one was especially rude here, but it felt as if we were bothering the person helping us. Read more
