Chicken and dumplings, roast beef and grilled catfish are all great. Let's not forget the breakfast menu????. Pretty much enjoy... most everything they make. If I had to pick one thing that I would not recommend it would be the hamburger steak. It's kindaeh. That said I still give cracker barrel full stars. Besides the food there's the store. Fun to walk around, especially duringChristmas. Service is always great. Understand though they can get very busy so keep that in mind. Read more

I've been here many times. Never a single problem or complaints. However, most recently I tried the maple bacon grilled chicken... & OMG I MUST ADMIT ITS ADDICTIVE!! I instantly felt like I could eat that at least 4 times per week if not more. Just saying,it's a must try! This Cracker Barrel is definitely a busy one, but we only had to wait 10 minutes when it was peak busy. I thought the food was... really good and loved the biscuits. The fried apples were amazing, and I loved the hash browns. I enjoyed the breakfast here!Also, my server Brianne was very kind. Definitely get the fruit stand tea here! Read more

We always stop at Cracker Barrel because the food is usually good, and the service is consistent. We arrived about 2:30 and were... seated right away. The hostess was friendly and polite. Our server, Judy came by and asked for our drink orders. She was backin a few minutes with our drinks and silverware. My granddaughter ordered macaroni and cheese, I ordered the Thursday lunchspecial, turkey dinner with a side salad. Our server went on about how they haven?t had side salads in two years, and I wouldhave to get the larger house salad. Then she said, she would have to check if they still had the lunch special. She finallycame back and said they did. My grandson ordered the cheeseburger without cheese. My mother ordered the country fried steakand also asked for a side salad. She said again, they have not had the side salad for two years, but she could get the housesalad for a small up charge. My mom said OK. The salads same right out but they had bacon on them. I said we don?t eat bacon. She took my salad back but left my mom's. She then sent the hostess out with a menu. The hostess said, ?Your Server said youneeded this?. I did tell the hostess I did not request the menu. She looked bewildered and relieved the server had put her inan awkward position. She said, she was sorry and left. I was about to tell the server my mom's salad still had bacon when mysalad arrived but after the menu incident my mom just said forget it. My mom picked around the bacon on her salad. The mealscame out and they were good. My mom did not eat her country fried steak because the salad was too large. The kids enjoyed theirmeals. The turkey dinner was good and like many I have had at Cracker Barrel before except the dressing was overpowering and hada lot of sage. They were pretty busy when we got there so we had about a 15 min wait before being seated. They have a shop outside of the... dining area so we didn't mind the wait bc we just browsed instead. Once we were seated the waitress informed us that they wereshorted handed so they were a little behind. I appreciated her honesty. She was still very attentive while we were waited andthe food was hot and delicious when it did finally come ( about 20-30 minutes later). Read more

Was there on 9/10/21. When we received our carry out I check to make sure that it was correct bc the first time I went there a... few weeks back they got my order wrong. So I checked and it was wrong again. Went back a they were gracious about making itright. Unfortunate when they brought the correct items out ( rather fast) I was concerned. How was it cooked so fast? Anyway gothome and my suspicions were correct. The chicken they gave me as a replacement was Old, as was the potatoes ( they were hard).The fish was broken and not fit to give anyone. I ended up not eating ANYTHING. My husband ate his food and we decided wewouldn?t return. The first and second time going they got our order wrong so it won?t be a third. Read more
