Julia in the drive thru was AMAZING!!! I'm a frequent drive thru visitor, sometimes twice in one week, and Julia is the FIRST... person who showed me her tablet after typing in my name to make sure it was spelled correctly. I've been eating at Chick Fil Afor YEARS and this has never happened to me before. I was SHOCKED!!! I know some of you might be thinking, " Its just a name" or"Your name is just 3 letters." I've had receipts that said: Either, Eba, and Evva. I just laugh and keep going. Now most of theworkers do spell my name correctly. But no one has ever double checked the way that she did. What seemed small to her, feltlike a grand gesture to me. Thank you Julia for excellent customer service. Read more

They do not fix the salads the way you want. If you have a request of taking something off because of an allergy and putting it... on the side(since you pay for the item, such as ???? on the side of the salad) they will not do it. I was told they don't servesalads after 5pm. Since when?! Chicken fil a, What did you do with your courteous attitude! What happened to a customer is to betreated with kindness. Shame on you!! This one on ross Clark circle I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ! I will only go to the one by southeast hospital on main street. The... head manager of this location is very rude and doesn't know how to properly handle situations. Lack customer service skills.Don't tell a customer something that's not correct. If you don't know then figure out who would know. You never want toinform a customer wrong information. I paid almost $40 worth of food through app. She said there was an issue with payment. Ishowed her my bank account and where money was taken from my account. Instead of finding out what was going on. She justsuggested me to pay again if I want my order. I'm sorry i dont have another $40 in my account to spare. I had a toddler thatwas fussing because she was wanting her food. I left empty handed. Come to find out... the manager was looking at the wrongorder. IT WAS PAID FOR! I mean customer support for the app gave me my refund (took almost a week) and gave me free rewards formeals to make up for it. I'm sorry but I will drive to main St for my food. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. All their staff are alwayspolite and work in a timely manner. Read more

It's great if you don't want to dine in, they have all but about 6 parking spots designated for other purposes or just roped... off completely. We were really looking forward to dining in but decided to go somewhere we felt more welcomed for dine in. Read more

Awesome experience. Chick Fil A has always been great in service, but the one at Ross Clark Circle is exceptionally good !
