Was so disappointed! Got the 2 for $5 roast beef sandwiches. The meat was nearly non-exsistent! Had to take the meat fron both... sandwiches to make one sandwich that was still half the size of what used to be a normal amount of beef for one sandwich! Also,the meat was tepid at best and the buns were burned on the inside. Arby's has always been our favorite fast-food place to eat.Hopefully, it will get to be again, but it will be quite a while before we try again. Shape up, Arby's!!! Read more
Normally, I love Arby's. Yesterday, was disappointing. I ordered my favorite. The Reuben combo with curly fries. Normally,... it's stacked with delicious corned beef, and is the perfect fix for a quick dinner. This time.....there wasnt even enoughcorned beef to cover the bun. The kraut was cold, (which made the whole sandwich cold), and bread seemed stale. The curlyfries were perfect. My hubby said the same. It was a quick stop after work, so I didn't bother addressing it with anyone, thoI now wish I had. Read more
I ordered curly fries that was served fast by friendly staff. These long curly fries were from the really long potato! Clean... store, well lit. But by far "Made In America" will keep me coming back. Read more
The food is always good here! I read the receipt to learn the name of the guy at the drive-thru who took my order & delivered my... meal. JACKSON is not going to win the employee of the month prize. Although he was efficient, he was NOT friendly, didn'trespond to a hello, a thank you or a smile. He might as well be automated. Read more
It seems every time I order from here it's the same guy working by coincidence. I do not know his name, but he has black hair,... wears glasses, and is kinda lanky. He always has a rude attitude. You can tell he doesn't want to be there, and doesn't care.Tonight, I put my order in through the drive-thru. As I'm explaining the special instructions for one sandwich, he cuts me offto ask if I wanted to make it a meal. Buddy, I wasn't done talking. Don't be rude. He told me to pull up after I finishedordering, so I did. After a few minutes, he brought my order out and said, "Here's your food. Happy New Year" in an unpleasanttone. An hour later, I get home and start unpacking the bag. Both sleeves of fries are turned upside down in the bag, I askedfor Arby's sauce, but received horsey sauce, and my wrap was thrown together. Only reason I ever come to this location isbecause it is on my way home and my husband wanted a beef and cheddar. I know I gave the guy a bit of an attitude, but I don'tthink he should be in the customer service industry let alone the restaurant industry.
