Asked for lightly cooked steak medium, given a jaw workout through the chewing process. If you want to be the best it?s in the... small details, like not having your money snatched out your hand or forgetting the fork. There is other better competitorsacross the street. This is our "old reliable" when it comes to local pizza. Always good, always reasonable. The clientele can be a little, ahem,... unsavory so I recommend calling ahead and ordering. I try to time it just right so I'm in and out. The staff is super friendlyand I have never ordered something I did not like. Even with newer pizza places around, we still go there. My family has been ordering from upmans for some time. The food was very good always arrived timely, and didn't break the... bank. In the past 7 or so weeks the orders have been consistently wrong, or late and cold, or sandwiches so soggy that you justdon't want to eat them. And of course there have been increasing in the pricing, and a $3.75 delivery fee on top of the tip wegive to the person bringing the orders. So all that being said, we ordered 2 subs, both large.. but they brought small ones! so,not only did they increase the price of them, but the reduced the size of them as well!!! Idk if the women in front can understand English, but they never get anything correct, I asked for my eggs... scrambled with spinach and American cheese and they just throw it on top of the eggs, this is all the time, I have a betterexperience when the men are in the grill. I never had a issue until today I?ve always ordered my salads from here and they were always amazing but upon opening my salad... tonight I see a dead bug on my lettuce I call the restaurant to let them know about my discovery and that I can bring the saladback so they can see themselves what they sent me he says he?ll send me another salad.
