I am saddened to report my experience here was completely unprofessional and rude. The staff slammed the mango smoothie on the... counter when I asked mentioned it was missing from my order. The mango smoothie taste like they didn?t it include the mango andonce I asked about it the manager, Daniella told me there is nothing she can do for me . If I don?t like it that?s my problem. She did not offer to remake the smoothie or reimburse me and gave me quite an attitude. I asked to speak with another managerand she told the other girl, Helen that I do not want to talk to her, which was even more unprofessional. They looked at meblankly and said so what that how it?s made. I have never in my entire life received such poor service. I usually come to Paneraand the experience is great but this location needs professionalism training ASAP. They are all very rude and unhelpful. Thecustomer is not considered at this establishment. Went to the south bay location. It's real quiet in the morning (minus the workers talking to each other). As the day continues... it gets more crowded. Definitely order ahead of time and cut the line???? Read more
One star. I hate that this Panera Bread is so convenient for me, because it?s consistently disappointing. If they?re not out of... everything, then the dining area is a mess. I?ve had consistently bad experiences and tried to chalk it up to beingunderstaffed, an off day, etc. but today was the last straw. They made my sandwich wrong and when I asked for it to be remade,they gave me hard time, telling me next time I needed to talk to the cashier. They proceeded to show my the receipt to show thatit had been rung up ?normally? (I wanted no red onion)?I responded that I told the cashier but she must have missed it. Thecashier proceeded to smirk and shake her head, telling me I didn?t tell her about the change. I told her, she just misheard. Iwasn?t mad about the mistake, I was just irritated with their response and the four separate people who argued with me about it. I work in a restaurant and I?ve even worked at a Panera Bread back in the day, and this is not how you treat a customer. I lovePanera?s food and I?ve often thought that maybe I?ve been spending too much money there, but after tonight, that has ended. Ontop of everything, the chicken was cold in the remade sandwich. My dearest friends and I went out to eat at Panera Bread before our movie (which was lovely btw). We ordered on the website with... my friend?s account, ordering three meals, two of them having bread bowls. The autumn squash soup came with a bread bowl, andthe Mac and Chz also came with the bread bowl. When we received the meals, only one of them had a bread bowl. My darling friend,who?s like a sister to me, went up to one of the ladies who made the soup and told her we didn?t receive a second bread bowl.Instead, she was met with rudeness and refusal to give us a bread bowl, wanting to charge us $3.00 for something we already paidfor. We decided to brush it off and began to eat, but then that same friend?s chicken sandwich was made with Buffalo sauce whenshe ordered the regular chicken? this was an allergic issue. She went up to the workers and they then started talking about herand laughing. They once again messed up the sandwich two more times, and we felt like they were trying to place the blame on myfriend. This was atrocious customer service. I will not be returning here after todays experience. I attempted to order a chipotle chicken sandwich with no peppers. The... first time, I received a sandwich with peppers and no chicken. I went back to fix it, only to be provided with a half sandwichinstead. At this point, it?s no longer worth me driving back for a second time?.or ever for that matter Read more
It's your standard Panera experience here: good, fresh food at a reasonable price. The people here are friendly, but when I was... here, towards closing time, it was pretty dirty and cluttered. Panera doesn't serve Coke, which is why I almost never comehere. It's too bad. There is plenty of parking right outside. Read more
Considering this was the only bakery 2 steps away from our hotel, we got curious & gave it a shot: and I guess we were in luck -... service was ok both days we had breakfast there. On the first day it really took a while till we got the bagels (we were toldthey had some trouble in the kitchen), but on the second day we just ordered "to go" and they stepped on it - & the sandwicheswere fine - maybe a bit too small (according to my husband). Definitely not worth the money I've had better chicken sandwiches at McDonald's, Wendy's, Popeyes, for less than half the... price.$12 plus tax for a microwave chicken sandwich and a small bag of chips. Definitely won't go back. Read more
