Laid back vibes and amazing service! The food was very satisfying and half the price as some other restaurants with soup... dumplings. We got soup dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings, duck hand pulled noodles, and cucumber salad. I loved it all! Thecucumber salad was fresh and had a light sauce with sesame oil. The duck hand pulled noodles was warming and a fun experience.The noodle?s themselves were some of the best hand pulled I?ve had, the duck was cooked perfectly and the pork broth wasn?t toosalty. The balance was spot on. The pan fried pork dumplings came in a unique display, with pan bits all around the dumplings,creating a fun experience cracking them apart. These were a highlight. I was surprised on how much I enjoyed them! A bit moredoughy then the soup dumplings in a great way- just as delicious inside! The service was fantastic- they were right there whenyou needed them, box and card in hand. And not there when you didn?t. Exactly what you?d want in a restaurant. This place was good but we?ve had better elsewhere for ramen. My broth was fresh but my dish had very little vegetables. The... spicy chicken wasn?t very spicy and the chicken tasted slightly overcooked. Hubby?s dry noodle dish was tasty but lacked anyflair that would make it distinguishable. The oxtail meat in his dish was gamey as well. The dumplings were good but they forgotto bring it out and we had to remind them after the rest of our order had been served. The pancakes were interesting but tastedtoo fried for my comfort. Overall there was no wait, establishment was clean, servers were nice, and food was decent. Wouldrecommend. Read more
My wife and I were dying to have some delicious Taiwanese beef noodle soup. So she asked a friend of hers and he recommended... this spot. We were blown away by the quality of the beef noodle soup and we also had some soup dumplings and some pan frieddumplings as well. Both the dumplings had pork in it and it was perfectly spiced and was so fresh and delicious. The beef noodlesoup had plenty of beef in it and it was so well cooked that it melted in our mouths. It's a very spacious restaurant and therewere not that many people when we were there so we felt safe in terms of covid issues. There was a steady line of people comingin and out picking up to go orders so it's clearly a very popular spot. The staff are very efficient and helpful and the spacewas clean and well organized. Soup dumplings, hand pulled noodles, knife cut noodles are some of the menu highlights. Tasty, authentic food that doesn't break... the bank. Would definitely recommend for someone that wants to venture past the typical but Americanized "orange chicken andfried rice"-type "Chinese" food that is all so familiar. Really great food and fast service. Kids enjoyed the hand drawn noodles with veggies seasoning was great! We love the pork knife... cut noodles, along with the lamb burger and scallion pancakes. Yum! This place has seriously fast service if you aren?t arriving at peak hours. Food was amazing. We had the seafood noodle... soup, the egg and vegetable stir fry noodle, the cucumber salad, and the mouthwatering chicken appetizer. All extremelydelicious and authentic. The service is no frills. Sit down, order, they check your order with you, food comes out immediately,and they return when you are done eating. Love this place! Read more
Service was fast and the food was tasty! The fried chive pancakes are addicting. I love eating them. The cold noodles were... refreshing, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice. It was my first time having the soup dumplings and they weregood, but I probably wouldn?t get them again. The cumin was very strong in the stir fried noodles but overall delicious. I have visited this place several times already!! Highly recommend especially if you are a noodle lover like me!!! They are the... right kind of taste, texture, temperature and yummiest! Everyone is friendly, polite, and professional! The service is greatand the wait staff attend to my needs in a timely manner. The restaurant is immaculate, always disinfecting in betweencustomers.
