I was hoping the manager thought to put paper down before fixing my burrito, but instead he decided to put it on top of the old... pieces that were sitting there all day. I understand short staff, but refusing to give me a refund is insane. Not to mention, Iwouldn?t have mind getting another one made, but he refused to come to the front at first and allowed the cashier to ringsomeone else up as if my request wasn?t important. Read more
Heard mumbling - started to order - guy screamed at me, "I SAID THIS IS BROKEN, COME INSIDE" Whoa. I'm stopping by a drive thru... to order and get screamed at. Asked his name - He said Jackson. Next day - He went on and on. Told to just leave. I just pulledup and got SCREAMED at. 24 hours later I'm still upset. Absolutely no reason. I don't think I can convey how mean he was. Read more
My first not so great experience with KFC in decades. I ordered the 12 piece fried chicken with free bag of sweet tea. The fried... chicken was overcooked and dry. They left out one of my large sides(Mac n cheese) and forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes.The biscuits and tea were great. Staff appeared confused and disorganized. Read more
Absolutely horrible service and horrible food. Manager sucks. My chicken was so greasy the breading was coming off. And tasted... like garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EATING HERE OR YOUR MONEY!!! On top of it all it cost $30!!! Won?t be back ever again Read more
Horrible quality all around. From the staff to the manager and of course the food. The grease is old and the food is old. They... need to shut down. This place consistently have every order wrong. I never leave reviews but I?ve had it with the workers here. I ordered a kids... meal and 2 peace chicken meal and fries with both meals. She gave me the bag with the food and one drink. Had to knock on thewindow to get the other drink then I opened the bag there were only three. Chicken legs and a biscuit. There?s not one time myorder was correct at this location. This will be the last time I go to this KFC/Taco Bell. Read more
