Got delivery from here and it was the worst Chick fil a ever. Not a single sauce or ketchup or even straws or napkins were in... the bag. I paid extra for bacon on two sandwiches but only got one with bacon. The fries weren't even fresh; they were refriedhard and stale. The tea was sour and tasted like dirty dish water. Never again. As I currently sit in here can tell there are different standards for different Chick-fil-A locations. The floor from the dining... area to the bathroom is loitered with garbage. I could understand if they were busy and it was rush hour. But when I tell youeveryone stood around at the counter doing nothing but chit chatting. If I wasn?t hungry I would have left!! I come to this Chick-FIL-A often as I work in doraville. Usually they are pretty friendly and helpful. However this morning, I... ordered a cold brew coffee that didn't taste well. I asked for it to be changed and switched to a frosted coffee. Mostrestaurants will just switch it with no issue. The person at the cash registered decided I must pay the difference and proceededto charge me $1.04. I've had upscale restaurants treat me better and comp a whole meal. I paid the money, but it was just theprincipal involved for 1 dollar. I think I'll stop coming here and recommending my coworkers to stop coming here also. Read more

Kudos for this location recognizing veterans on VETERANS DAY with a complimentary sandwich, a commemorative coin, and absolutely... warm welcome by male associate Cortez. I most definitely will frequent this location more often. Although this location isrecruiting new hires, I observed no poor attitudes by non of the other associates during my 2-3minute wait time.
