The food was delicious but we waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through for it. Overall it was pretty good.
Food was ok, but the are very inconsistent in their food prep. I ordered a 3 piece got two pieces and what I guess was supposed... to be a thigh but was the size of a large chicken nugget, ordered mashed potatoes and gravy got potatoes with no gravy. Theforgot to put a biscuit in my box and I ordered a slice of sweet potato pie and they forgot to put that in the bag. Realized allthis when I got home, was not close to resteraunt so did not go back to complain. First time I went to Bojangles in May I wasthroughly impressed but after this last visit not sure if I'll be back. Read more
Horrible service I rather give this location a 0 star I would. This location needs a tutorial on how to properly make fried... chicken. The chicken was not fully cooked.I will be contacting the health department after this experience it was unbelievable.The lady May was extremely nice and offered to make the fried chicken herself. I told them we'll come back since we already paidfor our food and it would take while for a fresh batch of chicken. After almost 45 minutes our food still wasn't ready.Horrible Service. Read more
There was a apron on the counter where the chicken used to be held and one in the dining room in view of guest (not on staff),... no one fixed the issue after I addressed it. We order all dark 8pc box and we got a mixed box. After addressing it they switchedthe chicken after we (the guest breathed on the first box). It is good to know that staff is reselling chicken that has beenhanded over the counter. I will not be back. Read more
They didn?t have my preferred jelly ( strawberry) & offered to provide me jelly . I get to the second window for payment and... food pickup , for their first window is closed for possible technical difficulties. I checked my bag to make sure the contentwas there ,and I figured since she asked she would provide it at the bottom but I received no jelly . Read more

I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOW GOOD THEY BREAKFAST IS MY 1ST TIME GETTING FOOD DELIVERY FROM HERE AND THEY DID WELL I... Again why do I try to go to the business of Bojangles to get some food, again u how to go to the drive thru to get some foods,... some customers like me doesn't have a car this is so frustrating that I can't get some foods wow I guess it wasn't for me &other customers that can't get some services this is so sad Read more
