Good selection of breakfast items, fast service, the drive through moves a little slow down
Excellent service! Everyone was friendly and greets you. The cashier was very polite and welcoming, the manager on site... making sure everything was running smooth. Today I came twice, and my green tea was excellent! It is not always the same, and service is terrible, but having Cristian pull... a double was my lucky day because he didn't mind shaking my green tea; he's also the most excellent and sweetest every time!Thank you for making this my third place and a wonderful experience. I?ve always liked Starbucks no matter what they bring up because of there caramel frappe. But today they made a new drink called... ?Pumpkin Spice Frappe?. It was pretty good but it didn?t have enough sweetness. Read more
I ordered a cappuccino hazelnut syrup flavor, and received a latte coffe without flavor and not foam. The Starbucks is located 3... minutes from the office. I paid a lot for this regular coffe. Very disappointing ???? Read more

Visit on 11:45am (Dec. 9, 2017) The Good, The Bad & The Ugly of this Starbucks location The Good: Great store location during... the week and even better in the weekend. The Bad: This store in particular, tends to attracts really bad leadership. Based onmy experience in the last 4 years, the members of this store that seem to be in charge are VERY DISRESPECT-FULL towards otherteam members which I have noticed thorough the years in coming to this store location. The cashier that took my order was simplyan ass! No manners and no talent for dealing with the public. The Ugly: Work environment cultures are created by theirleadership. I am a fan of Starbucks, and this store does not reflect my overall experience with this brand. The problem withcustomer service and attitude here is pure BAD leadership! A retail store that is truly interested in their customerexperiences put their email on their cards. The store manager?s business card just lists a telephone number. Really!!! Who thehell is interested in talking with him. Just have an email, so opinions can be recorded. Ordered: -Cappuccino with CoconutMilk. (Looks more like a wet Cappuccino/Latte). But it did taste good!
