They left my food outside of the bank I work for before 830 am after I told them we had homeless people outside and it was... unsanitary, the first time they apologized and said it would not happen again and the second time, no apology the girl just saythey start delivery at 730 am, so I cancelled the food is not that great to begin with and it is pricey..so not a shapelover..bythe way you owe me money . After so many years of being a customer with them, I'm having to say goodbye, due to non delivery and no one calling to let us... know. I've enjoyed the food all these years and have no issues with customer service since they've always treated me with theutmost respect. Thank you, and hope that you improve your delivery service soon. Deserves less than one star. Very unprofessional, the food is often times hard or burnt and when you call and complain nothing... gets done. I also clearly stated that I had an allergy to fish and still got sent shrimp on Friday, when I spoke to Wendy, whowas the representative I spoke to, she said there was nothing she could do about it except update my account to having a seafoodallergy. Aside from that whenever I called for food being over cooked and burnt, this same representative told me she would callme back and never did; I had to call her again and asked for an explanation, then she demanded a picture because she claimed nonof the food was burnt and everything was perfect. Mind you, this was the next day after getting rid of the burnt food becauseshe never called me back to inform me the day of. Instead of trying to make things right, I?ve had to constantly jump throughhurdles or put up with excuses. I pay good money to have quality food delivered and not have to put up with excuses from arepresentative. Needless to say, I removed myself from the program. Read more
I'm glad I just read these reviews. This was exactly my experience my first week as the latest reviews have it. They can't do... simple math nor get deliveries done correctly. It's a shame because the food is good. The owner must not care. Thank goodnessfor reviews, I won't be ordering and will have to find a more professional service. Read more
Horrible customer service. If you get what you order, the food is good. But good luck getting what you ordered. Also, when... they mess up your food, they don't want to correct or assist with the mistake they made. For example, I ordered a just adessert on Thursday because we were getting food from my work that day and I didn't like any of the options for that day. Theydelivered a meal on Thursday, which I didn't order (or want or like) and I told them. Then they didn't even deliver the mealthat I ordered for Friday and tried to tell me that I had paid for 4 meals that week and they had delivered 4 meals. Sobasically, eat what ever they feel like feeding you regardless of your likes or allergies. It took over 30 minutes to try toget a refund...and I still haven't seen the refund they said they would give me. This was the second time they have done thisto me in the less than 7 weeks I have ordered from them. So....if you don't mind not getting what you order, go ahead and gettheir food. But don't ever complain or expect to get what you ordered. Read more
