A genuinely fantastic culinary experience, I chose, after a very helpful chat with the young guy working (so sorry to forget his... name, I blame jet lag), I went for the Spaghetti ?bolognaise? and it was delicious. A very balanced vegan dish, rich flavour andgood ratio of vegan pasta with veg and proteins.
