By far the worst service I?ve received at any Dunkin. I came in today 7/31/22 around 11:30am to buy some doughnuts for my kids... and iced drinks for my self and wife. The lady at the counter didn?t get her name was extremely rude. I placed an order fordoughnut holes she immediately gives me my total I informed her that I wasn?t done with my order and asked for a half dozendoughnuts. I asked for two strawberry sprinkle two chocolate sprinkles the lady once again cuts me off mentions glaze and givesme my total. At this point I informed her I wanted chocolate glaze doughnuts and that when I was done with my order I would lether know she made a face at me I placed my drink order and paid. I was given the doughnuts and waited for my drinks the ladythen proceeded to ask me what I was waiting for when I informed her I was waiting on my iced drinks she once again made a faceat me and made the drinks. Which the iced coffee is the worst I?ve ever had. I will be going out of my way to avoid thislocation by any means. I hope other patrons have better service than I did. Read more
The food didn't taste good. Very few vegetarian options and, once again, our order was wrong. I won't go back. The app is not... user-friendly. I couldn't apply the award to my purchase and getting help there was a challenge. Free beverage...please. I wasstill charged $1+. When I asked why, it was like talking to the wall. Nasty manager, the order was wrong, the hot food was inedible, but the donuts were good. The service for the walk-in side was... normal (pretty quick) for getting 1&1/2 dozen donuts, which were fresh and tasty. I decided to get breakfast for my wife, who isvegetarian. I ordered the sourdough and fried egg sandwich, that comes with bacon and cheese. I ask for the bacon on the sidebecause my wife won't eat it. I also ordered a side of hashbrowns and a medium black coffee. The sandwich was plain (nocondiments or sauces) and I had to take out the bacon myself. The bread was burned around the edges, too. The hashbrowns were atthe bottom of the bag, loose and extremely greasy. Finally, the manager was nasty to the employees continuously reprimanding andbarking orders at employees. When I asked politely if they had my coffee ready, she snapped at me "to wait my turn" even thoughI already had my donuts and hot breakfast for more than 5 minutes and nobody was in front of me in the walk-in or pick up lines.All in all, the visit was disappointing. I'll buy donuts there again, but it's a hard "no" on anything else. You should tryanother Dunkin instead. Read more

Good doughnuts and good coffee. What you would expect from a Dunkin Donut. The doughnut selection isn't as big as other... locations yet this store it's on the small size, so that's expected. Wait times are decent as this is not a high traffic store.The ladies working the mornings are hit or miss. Sometimes friendly, other times have the "I don't want to be here" attitudewhich unfortunately reflects on their customer service. Read more
