What a disaster!! Never been to Chipotle before ,mind you I have been living in the US for 44 years. While driving and listening... to 101.5 FM, the host was over and over playing the spot of the new Chipotle Steak, Garlic..Ancho and guacamole ,hummmappetizing so I decided to go, it was Friday the day was over so I went to the one in Doral and 105th ave. I walk in stood inthe wrong line ,proceeded to join the correct line and my turn was up after about 10 minutes,busy place it was a good sing. Thesteak came with rice, choices of bean and some other side, Guacamole was not present they were out. I ask for salad which theattendant grabbed a small portion and a plate and requested the famous Creation ,it reachin a dry and almost empty steelcontainer. I ask him in if he was going to serve me the dry and misly pieces left, I looked at him and say no thank you.Marketing is a great tool to promote and effectively send a message that will bring an improve your business, but for God sakedo not take people for idiots. This location is always out of ingredients! Be it beans(no point of having a bowl/burrito if opting for veggie option), guac,... sour cream, fajitas and so on.. And this is not the first time. They are repeatedly out of ingredients on a regular basis. I amnot going to this location ever again. Read more

Leave it up to this location to be out of guac, chips, queso, & chicken anytime after 4pm. After 4pm this location I guess just... doesn't feel like making more food. Probably cause they feel they won't sell it all by close but every time I show up betweenthey hours of 6pm - 8pm. They are out of EVERYTHING. Not because they are genuinely out. Big fan of Chipotle, so when they opened one near home I was excited. At first it was all good for a while but yesterday?s visit... changed my opinion completely. Either this location is understaffed or employees are plain lazy. I assume there is a constantemployee rotation and some might be better than others but cleanliness is not the strong point of the current recruits. Diningarea tables were dirty and during the time I was in line (4 people in front of me) no one cleaned them. Assembly line was theworst, all chipotles I have visited are extremely careful and swift to clean, not here. Rotten cherry on top was the sodamachine, water running like a cascade. Read more
