One of the best restaurant in Doral. The menu is limited but I has some creative options and everything is expertly prepared.... Desserts are the same as the Bachour bakeries. Service was good. Interior is comfortable and simple. Little drama but light andairy. Will be back again. Read more

Their pastries are delicious, absolutely word it, the croissants are a most. We also got the salmon club, French toast and both... were very good. The smoked salmon with poached eggs has very little salmon so that wasn’t great. Also, server was super busyand trying to do his best, but you can see they need more people, which is the common problem in Miami now, so I’m stillgiving them 5 stars for the overall good experience. excellent pastry shop. i had read about chef bachour's patisserie in miami while in new york and was excited to visit one of his... sites while i was in town in miami and it did not disappoint. one of my good friends who is an executive pastry chef for PierreHerme (at L' avenue) in NYC attended one of chef bachour's classes at the Valronha Academy in Brooklyn and told me about hisartistic works. nevertheless I've digressed so back to the review. i did not order any of the food as I was mostly interested intrying one of his pastries and breads. after getting a personal tour of each pastry by the most excellent server (sorry i didn'tget her name but she was awesome!), i decided on "cafe brulee" because it seemed quite interesting the idea a coffee take ofcreme brulee and i also love custard. interestingly, the desert had custard but not in the classic eggy type but more so in chefbachour's way which was enjoyable and custard tasting which i found quite different and good. now if you are expecting the eggytype then you might not want to order this one and go for any of the other great looking pastries. in addition to this desert iordered a classic butter croissant and a long baguette since i'm a purist for french breads and wanted to taste how chef bachourprepares these french classics therefore ordering the two most basic french breads would be a perfect taste test and for themost part it did not fail. 5 stars for the baguette not only in taste but freshness, smell and looks. i was really impressedwith the toothpick ends of the baguette which is attention to detail that many other boulangerie's in the US don't do so thatwas great. and since i could not finish the baguette in one day, i saved it and prepared a pain perdu (french toast) with thebaguette the very next day which was perfect texture due to the baguettes quality. the croissant (3 stars) looked great but didnot have as buttery of taste and texture as i normally find in typical french croissants li Read more
