I wish I had a great photo to share with this review, but every time we get the pizza it's gone to quick to get one!! Just the... right amount of cheese and toppings on a perfectly chewy, yet crisp crust! Well worth the 15 min drive North to get a couplepies and of course we always make sure to pick up a couple of the brown butter rice crispy treats. Keep up the good work RedBird!! Read more

We recently became acquaintanced with their homemade cinnamon rolls and are hooked! They?re by far the largest and best tasting... homemade rolls we?ve ever had! It?s definitely worth the 15 minute drive down from GI on a Saturday morning to pick them up (youcan in your order ahead of time). Well worth the drive from Grand Island! Pizza was very good. Dough was well developed and had a perfect hint of sweetness to... counterbalance the tomato sauce and saltiness of the meat toppings. The garlic knots were incredibly good as well. You won't bedisappointed. Read more
They have the absolute best pastries I've ever tasted. I am a cinnamon roll fanatic. These are the best I've ever had along... with their pecan rolls. My husband loves the cherry cinnamon rolls. We live in Lincoln but Red Bird Bakery beats the localcompetition. We literally place an order ahead of time and make the drive to stock up. These items freeze well. Be sure tocheck the days and hours the bakery is open, but you can call other times. The owner does the baking. We haven't tried thepizza yet, but hear it's a local favorite. Read more
