I ordered using the mobile app at this location at 2:55pm and was told to pick up my order at 3:09pm. When I arrived & let the... young lady know that I was there for a mobile order pickup she told me to pull ahead, I did just that only for her to say“$26.15”. $26.15 for what I paid online my order was actually $26.86. Well she said it wasn’t paid for. She went and gotthe rudest so called manager to handle the situation, & let’s just say that didn’t go well. He’s telling me I don’t knowwhat to tell you, you didn’t pay. I showed him in the app, I showed the email confirmation, I even went as far as to show mybank account. He did not care. So I asked can he contact someone above him, because I wasn’t leaving without either my food ormy money. On top of it all, I guess I’d have to call this place a circus and the manager was the ringmaster because the clowns(employees)in the back were just as rude screaming “F her, she ain’t paid don’t give her sh”????Only after going backand forth for 30 minutes the system finally updated. No apology, just ma’am can you pull to the front, we’ll bring your foodout. Only to be met by the police, Really? You were wrong and called the police on me? I asked the police “Are you all herefor me?” They just simply asked was everything ok now. Sir, ask the people who called because again I didn’t care if it wasthe 2nd coming of Jesus pulling up, I wasn’t leaving without my food or money. Strong suggestion…hire people who can handlestress that may come from customers. People who can de-escalate situations. I'm sorry I hate to do this but the last two times I picked up grubhub orders, there were so many flies in the lobby and behind... the counter. The clerk had to shoo two flies away when handing me the order. I used to get food here through the drive thru butsince working for grubhub and having to go inside I never eat here anymore. Read more
The quality of the fish is terrible. It's Fried too hard. And the fish is very thin and cost too much. It's not worth the price.... I ask the second time not to fried them too hard,,, but then they were Not done (cook enough). I will not go back there. Read more
Sometimes it can be VERY crowded. This time it wasn't bad. They messed up the order, and good thing I checked, but they fixed it... after I went inside (I was in drive thru). The staff are generally decent. Read more
Our Order was prepared correctly and our food seemingly looked to be prepared hot and fresh so no complaints there. However, I... tried their new promotional sandwich combo with tomatoe and lettuce. The combo came with 2 sliders, fries (onion rings) and adrink. The sandwich was so salty, I took one bit and immediately loss my appetite. I didn't want anything else but somethingto drink. I ate a few more of the onion rings but ultimately gave the rest away. I was disgusted. I went home and went tobed. The dining room was clean but behind the register looking at the fryers, that area was disgusting. I told my daughterthen, I'm never coming back to this one. Bc if they don't care that the customer can see how nasty this area is (right upfront), I can only imagine what disgusting things go on in the back where we can't see. Read more
Idk what this is but it was all over the floor directly in front of counter where you order. It seeped thru my sandles and on to... my feet. This was definitely dangerous it wasn't a small amount of fluid but went across most of the floor and puddled in themiddle. I ordered an original slider with egg...it even says it on my receipt ...imagine my surprise when I receive two sliders with... just egg and cheese... Idk if I should be mad or just laugh.
