Worst location ever. They never have anything available. Donuts stale. Customer service rude. Homeless people outside bothering... you as soon as you pull up. And when they do have items available my coffee is always made horribly. Just go to the southholland location. Much nicer staff. Read more

The hash browns are good, the coffee is alway HORRIBLE!!! I?ve given it a chance twice and keep forgetting to try it before I?m... out the lot, it?s always terribly watered down and bitter despite asking for cream and sugar which has been the exact oppositeof my experience at other locations. I always end up going home and fixing it myself so I?ll continue to make coffee at homeinstead of paying someone to do it wrong.
