Dotty's management is very rude, unconcerned about any issues you try to address. They only have a comment line which is a... voicemail. I didn't receive a callback about my issue until 3 days later. Reminding you I have money stuck in their machinewhile in a bonus game. Didn't get to play my bonus because machine froze soon as I got in the bonus, after spending $100 withoutany bonus and barely any wins, and I still didn't get to play my bonus when the tech finally did come to fix the machine.Somebody by the name of Jeff called me only to bar me out of the store. He didn't care to hear my concern or rectify my issue.The machines stay broke with your money inside of the machine. You have to wait days even weeks to get your money out of themachine.
