I ordered from Uber Eats on Sunday Oct 16. Paid over $17 for a small poutine. I have ordered the exact same before while in... Chateauguay and got a good sized small. (Dish was about 8 inches wide and paid same price as I did at DDO location) The orderfrom DDO location on 16th was literally the size of a can of soda. How can people still order from this franchise? The dough is plain, ate 1 slice then decided to just enjoy the toppings without... the crust. The wings! The wings where soggy and not sauced enough, ranch dipping sauce taste diluted. Order came out to 50$after tip. Definitely NOT WORTH that much. Read more

We were looking for a place to eat food after 10pm while visiting Montreal for work, we did not realize that everything closed... so early. We were so happy to see a light up open sign, even happier when we walked in and saw the menu. The items on the menulooked very intriguing and we asked some questions, and we're extremely happy to find the staff were happy to speak English tous to explain some things. We ordered and the food came quickly and smelled amazing. We got takeout and got back to the hotelto eat and were happy to find out the food was just as good as it smelled. The pizza was very tasty, the vegetables tastedfresh, the wings were tasty and a little undersauced (for my liking), but probably good for most people. The fries came withpacks of ketchup & mayonnaise which my European coworker was happy to get. The dessert poutine was basically what I expectedbut I was too full to be able to really enjoy it that night, the next day I only ate a bit because the French toast stick"fries" were too greasy/soggy, but the ones I tried that night were very good. I just want everyone to know that the guy Lawrence Al with the bad review didn?t even know his own address for a delivery and my... boss stayed on the call for over 6 min to figure out a solution. Once he came to the store our customers that were eating insideheard the whole conversation and actually were backing us up saying great service and it?s not your fault that he doesn?t knowhis own address and said they would definitely order again. They charge double the price to order in the resto and don't tell you until after you ordered it is half the price to order... online. Bunch of crooks. 32$ for a 12 inch pizza never go here. When I asked them about it the guy told me " I guess you knowfor next time" and laughed at me. There will never be a next time and I will tell everyone I meet to never go here. So rude. Read more
