This burger king had so much potential to be one of the best BK out there but yet their customer service when order is being... taken at the drive thru is terrible??anything else? after every item or combo I?m trying to order but yet I feel rushed when I?mtrying to order for a family which can make me miss something. At least say ok or end with a suggested sale. Drive thru timewould be good for window if you chew up time at the drive thru giving your backliners enough time make food and ready as soonthe customer pulls up to the window. Read more

Food is consistent and yummy, what you expect when ordering from Burger King. Service is usually lacking to the point of... rudeness and that is why I give this establishment 3 stars. One time, the young man taking my order was very nice and polite soI asked to tell the manager. She acted like I was crazy. I'm not sure if she was surprised I would ask to give a compliment orif she was surprised that I thought her staff rude. Either way, she ended up making me regret that I had said anything at all. A typical Burger King restaurant. The help is very friendly. The food is typical fast food. The place is clean and... neat. UPDATE: I'm diabetic and their beverage machine has no beverage other than water that has no sugar. They used to haveunsweet tea but not anymore. Very big mistake for type 2 diabetics. After being turned away from McDonald's that was supposed to be open but eould not serve food. We went to burger King and they... served us at 545 am. When leaving I asked the manager what time they open every morning he said 6. Now that's customer service! Read more
