This is one of most poorly managed Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Expect a minimum of a 15 minute wait (we waited 20 minutes for... two Americanos). No line to order but about 12 mobile orders waiting for pickup, 25 people waiting for drinks, and line of carsin the drive thru. Read more
I found a bug in my drink before i took a sip. I am a bit disappointed. I got it through the drive thru, and there were no bugs... in my car whatsoever. I also ordered it with a lid, but i removed it before i took the picture so you can see the bug moreclearly. Read more
This seems to be the only Starbucks in Westchester county that takes in excess of 10 minutes to get a single drink with next to... no customers in the store. Half of the time the drinks aren?t made correctly and the guy manager has a garbage attitude. I willno longer come to this location Read more
I always end up writing bad reviews on this Starbucks. Don?t know what?s wrong with this specific Starbucks. I was able to... witness something that really wasn?t a big deal. This customer came in and asked why his drink wasn?t ready. He then asked whythere were already other drinks made. Their response??because no one is here to pick them up?. They could?ve responded with?they?re mobile orders?. Other than that they took very long making the drinks and the guy just asked a simple question. Howeverthe workers got offended and created a big deal. One of the workers even said ?if you don?t want your drink you can always gosomewhere else?. To me, that was rude and that?s not how a customer should be treated. Also, none of them have manners. When youhave a conversation you don?t eat or drink. That is just rude. Btw one of the workers was drinking his drink as he was speakingto the customer. Anyway, the workers who were involved were teenagers and they showed immaturity.
