This is a very basic Pizza joint. They took over from another company about 10 years ago would never really changed the decor... this is your basic bar pizza but it's greasier than others. The prices are okay but it's more like a high school Hangout. If youwant cheap pizza it will fill you up this is the place to go but not my recommendation for the best pizza in the area Read more
Terrible, terrible service! I ordered food in four separate occasions because it is so close to us. The first time was great.... Delivery was fast and they got the order right. The second time, I ordered food at 4pm and after many many calls, it arrived tomy house at 7:30pm the box was stone cold and soggy, dripping wet because it was sleeting that day and I guess the delivery guywas driving around town with the pizza on the hood of the car. I called to report the conditions of the delivery I received notone apology. The guy told me with a very rude attitude ?do you want me to send another pizza?? I responded no. I want a refund.He told me he couldn?t do that that he can give me a free pizza for another day. The third time I called for my free pizza thatthey said they would give me and again it arrived 2+hrs late. The fourth time my husband called thinking that it would bedifferent because a couple of months had passed by, this time the food arrived in one hr and a half but it was missing half ofthe order. My husband calls to tell the guy that the half of the order is missing and that we were charged for the entire orderand the guys said ?I will send you the other half when I can? He LITERALLY SAID THAT! Unacceptable customer service. And theirfood is NOT GOOD AT ALL. I don?t know the other locations, but the Dobbs Ferry one is not the place to order your food from. Read more
