Lines in drive thru are sometimes long, but staff is friendly and if I have a question, they'll help me! I usually sub chicken... for the beef in soft tacos, love their quesadilla and the power bowels can be customized for a fee and is true for any othersubstitution; but it's worth it to me to get what I like! WOW...I know they are not known for cleanliness or "professionalism" but just WOW. Went in for a cheap taco box, which is not... even cheap anymore, all of the employees where on their phones, what must have been a friend of the employees was standing atthe counter talking, laughing, and looking at her phone as well. My wife and I ordered, which was hard to do trying to talk overall the yelling and giggling between the girl at the counter, the people in the kitchen,and the woman I assumed to be themanager. Once we got one box, we waited at least another 10 minutes, my wife chose not to eat until I also had mine, whilewaiting she asked if they would give a refund on the box since it was going to be cold by the time she ate it, and suddenly themanager was too busy to come to the counter (there was on car at the drive thru and only one other person in the dining roomcompared to the 3 cooks in the kitchen, 1 girl at the drive thru window, and one guy at the counter plus a manager) we wheregoing to eat in store but got too disgusted at the site of the cooks wearing gloves, but the also playing on their phones whilemaking our food. 20 minutes after walking in the restaurant, we finally got our food, and decided to take it home. After we gotit home, the food did not taste right (might have been just the thought of the same hands making my food as touching theirphones with the knowledge that most people take their phones in the bathroom). Two $10 boxes just went in the garbage, so muchfor a quick cheap meal. This is one Taco Bell I will avoid from now on. Read more
I went through the drive through with an order for 10 drinks. They just kept handing them to me. No drink carrier just 10 loose... drinks I had 2 in the cup holder and 8 in my arms. Spilt all over myself. Highly unsatisfactory Read more

1st review: You guys need to hurry up. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch, and 23 of them are spent in your drive-through?.And... they always skimp me on the sauce?I ask for 6 they give me 2. 2nd review: I order 2 of the new beefy potato flatbread tacos,cheesy fiesta potatoes, and last a spicy potato taco. Every item had black crunchy over cooked potatoes?..and to top it off Ilive 20 mins away from the nearest Taco Bell. 40 min round trip for burn food, and to top it off I waited in the drive-throughfor 20 minutes to get my food. I hate this place I will not be coming back, management should definitely do some thing abouttheir employees slacking off. We needed to place several seperate orders for people in the same car so we all used our apps which really speeds up the... ordering process. The food was made fresh and tasted just as Taco Bell should. Our orders were all correct and made with littlewait even though we customized over half the order. I am sure they probably hated us but they didn't act like it and were veryfriendly. The area surrounding the restaurant and the drive-thru was very clean and well kept. Read more
