I totally appreciate your employee trying to kill me with a jalapeno on my sandwich. Why are products mixed in the containers.... This could be a very costly mistake that's been made. This place is always clean. Even the bathroom is clean. The employees are nice and very helpful. The food is fresh with a lot of... flavor. Prices are a bit high for my liking. So we only eat there when they have some good coupons to use....like now. Read more
Ordered my food online to pick up inside. When I went in there was a lady picking up her order for "3" sandwiches in front of... me..worker handed her her order and the lady was walking out the door and the worker had asked her to stop she did hear her so Isaid they want u. She went to the register and the worker said what's your name??? Oh I gave the the wrong order.. Then handedme the bag she just took from that lady, and told me I needed to get my own chips!!!! While I enjoy subway, I do not enjoy waiting for remote orders to get done while I wait for 10 min for a 6 inch ham and veggie... sandwich. There are 4 people working, maybe 5. One should be devoted to remote orders, while the indoor people get served andnot ignored until they are all made. I got there at 613 and they were working on a 630 order. I got mine made at 624. Youremployees are nice. But it is sad if one does not know who owns your store. I do. I think there are better ways to be attentiveto both indoor and remote customers. Read more
I think everyone should ask these employees to change their gloves before making their sandwich if they didn't see them put them... on! 2 or 3 times now I've watched the employees there make a sandwich, USE THE CASH REGISTER, then come back and start to makeanother sandwich. Money is dirty people! They said before that they clean the front line all the time when i asked them beforeto please change their gloves before touching my food. Thats still unacceptable to touch the register/money and then go back andtouch people's food. Gross!! Read more
