I wanted to speak with someone hire than Donna. I have been there several times lately and Rudy is very rude. I have heard her... on the phone with Im guessing Donna discussing writing up employees and she stated that a customer complained about Jennifer. Iwas there for before Rudy showed up and did not hear one customer complain. Then again Rudy gets on the phone with Donna anotherday talking about wanting more hours and how the new girl Racheal was receiving alot of complaints. Not true. Im not quite surewhat is going on here but this is my favorite place to come and I know myself and others have witnessed too much drama the past3 months. I wouldn't normally put all this out here like this but someone needs to get control over Donna and Rudy and reign intheir dramatics and bullying. Was super happy to see Jennifer back!! Also I think its very very rude to watch raunchy comedieson your Ipad while cuatomers are there Rudy! Read more
What happened to the NICE staff at Shelbys? You walk in they greet you and offer you a drink? Now I walk in and I dont even get... a hi or a chance to say hi. I get I NEED YOUR ID!!! And whats with Hitler Donna reprimanding all the employees all the timeabout where things should be? Quit pushing the furniture to the counter! Maybe Id like to sit and NOT have you in myconversations! Or hear you click click clicking on your damn phones! I wish I had a job where I could watch tv all day! Donna istoo controlling. Came in the other night Ruby was super nice and friendly i stopped coming in since last time a blonde lady was working and... freaking rude! While waiting for food next door this time decided to stop in and thankfully NOT the same long blonde hair chick!Came in another time later on in the day a nice older lady with short hair can't remember her name I think Bestie?? She offeredme some food but I already ate before I came in, guess they finally hired some nice people. Read more
