Awful... Order was completed on line waited 30 minutes to leave for pickup. Inform at drive through they dont process order... until the guest shows up. Where's the convience in that type of Service. Waited another 20 minutes in my car and had to go intothe restaurant to get my order. I saw 6 cars go through drive through with their orders processed in less than 5 minutes. Thesupervisor, I used the team loosely, apologized then when back to the kitchen and picked up the conversation where she leftoff. Don't waste your time on an internet order. I don't know who hired or trained these people but how do you completely leave out a whole 12 dollar meal from a drive thru... order? Luckily checked my order before I left because I would have been a lot more upset about the lack of performing such asimple task. Absolutely no remorse on the part of anyone working here. I placed my family feast orders online. I had a couple of errands to run and had to commute 20 minutes since there?s no Popeyes... closer than the Dixon location. About 1 hour passed and I arrived to pick up. We had to go through the Drive Thru because thedining area was closed and closed off. I asked to pick up my order and it STILL wasn?t ready for me. They asked me to pullaround to the front and told me I had to wait 20 minutes for the mild chicken to be ready. Well, an additional 45 minutespassed. So I waited 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES for my orders. Others seemed to not have waited too long for their order. The customerservice was lacking quality as well. When we got the chicken, I looked in the box and wondered why it looked like the chickenshrank. I ordered a 10 piece and 14 piece. As you see in my photo, they?re using smaller chicken. The drumstick is almost thesame size as the wing! In addition, the ?large? containers for the sides have gotten smaller and they don?t even fill it up tothe top. We also ordered red beans and rice, which was not filled to the top and didn?t have enough rice. We will not bereturning. I?ve eaten Popeyes for nearly 3 decades now and this was the worse experience and food ever. Read more
I love Popeyes and all of there sides but this is the saddest excuse for a Popeyes I have ever seen. I live in Dixon so I have... been here multiple times and it seems to be getting worse every time I go. The chicken is either greasy and soggy or overcookedand chewy and the employees have zero customer service skills. I always tell myself this is the last time and end up going backa couple of months later and wasting $25 dollars on this garbage, hopefully I have learned my lesson this time.
