Does anyone else notice that no one from McDonald's is addressing anyone's reviews? Clearly, they don't care when we have a... horrible experience like the one I just had. This McDonald's makes me pull forward into a parking spot and wait every time Iorder a plain quarter pounder with cheese meal. They say it's because of the fries, but when my meal finally comes, the friesaren't fresh. I finally decided to not pull forward anymore. The first couple times were fine, but this time the manager cameto the window and firmly told me to pull forward and park. When I explained why I wouldn't, she told me the wait isn't thatlong. Then I said I'll wait at the window. I finally just got a refund, then the manager told me, "I hope your day getsbetter." If there was any substance behind that statement, she would have gotten me my meal right there. I was eating atMcDonald's more than 6 times a week (usually breakfast and dinner), but they just lost me for the Habit across the street, whichI discovered actually made a better-tasting burger. Although I'm bummed because now I won't even go to my other two regularMcDonald's where I have never been asked to wait. This McDonald's did not make me smile. It made me angry. Read more
The drive thru staff is unfriendly! We received cold fries with one of our meals and when I let them know they snatched the... happy meal out of my hands! And when we received the meal back the employee was rude about it and slammed the window! Read more
The Manager was very mean, I was there for a delivery and it doesn't say that we have to confirm the order before they will give... the order to you. So the Manager wouldn't give me the order I confirmed it and she still canceled the order and gave it toanother Door Dasher.She said that I was yelling and having an attitude. Read more
Well staffed, indoor (table) service and dining is allowed. After paying for my combo I was assigned a table tent with a number,... I placed that on the corner of my table and my hot correctly prepared meal was delivered to my table. I was even asked if Ineeded any condiments, I needed pepper. So some was delivered to me. Pitt school McDonalds. They have always been really nice here. It's a little stop off the beaten path. Recently they had a total... remodel and got an entirely new building. Ever since, it's like things are just made with love. Coffee at 11pm. Hot and madeperfectly... with love. You can taste the love.
