I order a soup from here soup was brown clear indication of overnight soup. When it was lunch rush hour they should have had... fresh soup. By 12pm. Two the soup was plain flavorless. On top of old and brown water down. Will not be coming here anymore. Thelady who took my oder was so rude and bother. When I ask if that soup was from this morning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!! Final straw was today shouldn?t have gave them multiple chances.. first I did an online order for... a chicken wrap to pick up on my way to work. When i got to work found out didn?t put any chicken on there only vegetables.Ruined my whole lunch since I can?t leave for lunch at my job. I went back up there a few days later to tell them about the girlthat made it was in there and she knew what she had did and the manager was acting like it was killling him to make me anothersandwich. Today the same girl only put half the meat on my wrap I had to keep asking here how many trays of meat should be onthere she said 1 tray which it?s really suppose to be 2. I called another subway to confirm? they are doing this on purposethinking people won?t realize it so I called up there a spoke with the manager? he starts acting like his English wasn?t thatgood and couldn?t understand what I was saying. Trying to answer I totally different question than what I asked him.. I told himthat I looked on the subway website and called another subway to confirm the amount of meat.. he replied back ?that?s the subwaystandard price, and got to talking about online orders? I think there are some working there that do a good job. However, I take issue with their new coupon policy. They are... completely limiting the use of them for this location and I have no idea why, so now I must find a different location to use. Plus, some of the staff that are bilingual strangely make comments in their native language while making a sub and it's a littleoff-putting since I cannot understand what they are saying. Read more

Poor service. Employees not trained properly. The new kid didn?t even know how to cut the bread and the manager just stood and... watched and did not offer any help. Took over 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches because the employee didn?t know what went on thesandwiches. The manager could not even wrap the sandwiches, when I pulled them out of the bag they came out the wrapper. Wentthere less than a month ago and there were no issues. Turn over rate extremely high at this location. Will not be returning-theyused to be good. Read more

Went there this morning 7/19/2020 the male working there was not very polite. While I was grabbing my food I accidentally... knocked the cup he just gave me on the ground. I asked if I could please have another one he told me well it was your fault forholding your mask up you should have just put it down because it doesn't work anyways.
