Customer service sucks the girl at the window look at me behind another Customer after she took care of him she closed the... window and walk away then came back with attitude like I did something wrong ,burger was cold ,fries was hot ,will never gothere again. Read more
The first guy took my order then left the window. The second guy came to the window then said he couldn't hear me and I should... take off my mask. I said everyone else can hear me and I speak pretty clearly and I didn't take off my mask. A lady chimed inand said, since I won't remove my mask, I should pull up to the window. By this time, I don't want to place an order with thesesilly people. So, I hand my coupon for a FREE 4 piece mozzarella stick to someone, which I used at Checkers in the past and hadno problem. Jessica, who says she is General Manager, says I have to buy something in order to use the coupon but the coupondoesn't say that nor did the clerk at the Checkers I went to previously. Jessica says she doesn't have the Corporate number butit should be on Google. These people are clearly losers! Read more
Was on phone with my Guy when he inquired about where his drink was and requested sauces. The GM lady gave him attitude and said... you could say please. He told her what's the issue when he requested them when ordering and you know the meal comes with adrink but you didn't come with it. I was appalled when she replied F you. But actually said the full word. Ghetto is anunderstatement and from who is said to be the General manager. I am a General manager for a restaurant and she certainly needsto be in training under me for proper guest interactions. I certainly wouldn't want her representing my brand... ..no thank you!
