Popeyes has definitely changed. The chicken pieces are small and the taste is bland. The biscuits use to be the best in the... area, not any more. I did the survey on the back of the receipt and received the free two piece it was two pieces of chicken that a kid would eat... and it was cold...it was a hour after opening so I should have not had a problem...correct? So drove back around to freshchicken and got one fresh piece and the other piece tasted old...this was my favorite location but not no more...really gonedown hill...sad Read more

I LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES. My favorite chicken spot. I need the staff/employees to pay more attention to customers order... and make sure the order is correct before giving to customers. This has to be the absolute worst popeyes. I guess they just give you what THEY want you to have when you order through the... drive thru smh . I just left this place and got home to a completely different order then what I placed. I ordered the 11 piecefamily meal with Mac n cheese, cajun rice, with a large side of fries. I get home to 10 pieces of chicken, COLD fries, 3 mac ncheeses and red beans and rice??????????? No mashed potatoes and no Cajun rice that I asked for . I wish I could give them negative stars. The cashier did NOT listen to my order at all after I constantly kept telling her what... I wanted. She gave me a meal when I just wanted chicken. Very stubborn and horrible customer service. The employees arevery rude to their customers. Worst popeyes ever. I do not recommend going there AT ALL. Read more

I waited an hour for them to give me this little bit of popcorn shrimp. Then said it was going to be another 30 minute wait to... get more FRESH shrimp. The manager was rude and unprofessional. All the employees sit around and do nothing. I will NOT bereturning to this location and if I could give 0 stars, I would. They?re forever running out of stuff. This is not the firsttime I had a bad experience at this particular Popeyes. There are 2 others Popeyes within a 5 mile radius, I suggest you choosewisely and avoid going to this location. Read more
