This is THEE ABSOLUTE WORST location I've ordered from. If you order anytime after 5pm, you might as well hang it up about... receiving your order in 30 minutes or less. I placed an order and was ok with the wait time being 1 hour, but when that 1 hourturned to 2 and a half hours that's when it becomes unacceptable! I called the store to have my order cancelled and it wasunprofessional on all levels, from the young lady who answered the phone by just saying "Hello" to the manager who tried toconvince me to keep my order by telling me it's on the way, I told him that it's been on the way for at least an hour and tojust cancel it. New Hires and extensive training needs to be implemented from Management all the way to the drivers. Read more
So...I ordered delivery only for me not to receive my order because they aren't going to come in my apartment bldg. However it's... supposed to be contact-less...so tell me...how does that work exactly? The worst store ever. My co-workers and I ordered pizza and it took them 2 hours to deliver our pizza. The first time I called... up there to check on my food, the girl answered the phone like she was home so I had to ask if this was Domino's? I asked tospeak with the manager and kept getting disconnected. I had to call back 3 times and then had to wait 20mins just to speak tohim. When he did finally pick up the phone, I told him that we should get a refund because of the wait time and he told me toreturn the food and he'll process the refund. First of all, after waiting so long, the food should have been free! He said thatthey only had one driver but that's not my fault as the customer and if that was the case, then they should have cut offdeliveries for that day. When we did receive our food, it wasn't hot just room temperature. I see why this location has 2 starsand should have 0! Just unprofessional and I will never come back to this location again! This supposedly general manager Van from the Donnell Dr location pulls up to the walkway while I?m standing in the lobby by the... door, I see him roll his window down so I opened the door and asked ?you don?t get out of the car???he shook his head no so Iattempted to call my son to come run get it because I?m handicapped and have very bad issues with walking and he drove off!Totally unprofessional and the worst behavior as a manager ever! I ordered for delivery to hand it to me and NO WHERE DOES ITSAY they don?t get out! This is deplorable and they need to close or say explicitly they don?t exit their vehicles then I wouldhave my son wait and get it now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund because they cancelled my order after waiting an hour! Earlier today order lunch was a 1 star! for Carry out! Still took an hour in half for the order to be made and wasn't correct! ... Food wasn't started being made till we got to store an hour after ordering food and still wasn't ready! Just poor food serviceall around! Customer Service needs training again to everyone there. If you mess up someone's order give them something to showhow apologetic you all are, (or give them the next order for free, since we keep your location in business) especially if its 2hours later or more! Decided to give you all one last chance because the kids love pizza on Friday's! This time delivery wasmade, driver Antonie was fabulous, and the food order was correct! The entire order was burnt from the pizza to the bread sticks. It?s ridiculous. And when I called to speak to a manager they... hung up and let the phone ring and then laughed when I told them it was burnt. Read more
Poor customer service. I was delivered a dry, cold, not cut thin pizza. Also the driver told me to come outside and get it, even... though there were clear delivery instructions to deliver to the door. I called the store to resolve the issues at hand. Whenasked, Jordyn informed me she was the supervisor, then I was put on hold. Then a man named Todd got on the phone, and stated hewas the supervisor and was extremely unprofessional as if the issues I encountered weren't important, and I had no businesscalling them to complain. After a combative conversation with him, he than hung up with no resolution to the issues at hand. Myrating for this location is a swift prompt -20. Professionalism goes a long way. I waited 2 hours for pizza that wasn?t cut all the way. When I called after an hour and a half I was put on hold for 10 minutes... only to be forgotten about and put on hold again. This is one of the worst experiences with dominoes I?ve had. Read more
