The food was ok for fast food, but way too expensive. Won't be going back. A regular roast beef combo was right at $10! ????
They just don't seem to care about their customers, I ordered through the drive up, when I arrived home I had 3 chicken... sandwiches when I only ordered 1 and was missing 2 beef and cheddars, one of those was to be on a seeded roll not an onionroll. Arby's food just doesn't have any taste to it. My sandwich looked great in the picture but when i got the order it vaguely... resembled a Rueben sandwhich, that i thought was a 'grilled' Rueben. Whatever. When it got to me it was a clump of meat on twofairly large slices of rye bread that obviously were not intended for sandwiches because it was too soft and lightweight tosupport that plug of meat and the stingy dollop of special sauce. I ordered extra cheese. You think for $2 you'd get a wholeslice of cheese but you don't. You get that whole slice of cheese but before the give it to you they slice the slice again andkeep the other half! The extra cheese on my sandwich was so thin it was translucent! Everytime I come to this location I have an issue with the speed of service and the employees having attitudes with the ta... customers. How dare the staff catch such nasty attitudes when people are on their lunch breaks trying to get their lunch in atimely manner. After ordering we waited on the lobby about 10min. The expediter was bagging orders for drive-thru. When myfriend asked if he was waiting on chicken tenders she ignored him he asked again and she said uhhh huh. He said how long arethey going to be she said, they down. I said how long they going to be and she said uhhh a min. Look all that attitude isridiculous. So I told her she needed to chill out on the way she coming off we on lunch and need to know or if we need to get arefund She said go get a refund. Mane stood there talking trash and popping off at me the entire time getting loud and so did I.I didn't make her clock in if she didn't want to be there she should've stayed home for the day.Even after the Manager had comeup front she continued trash talking and telling me to go get a refund. She wasted 23min, my entire lunch break was spentstanding in a lobby arguing with someone who clocked in to make ppls food and she had a problem with it. She should've been senthome for her actions.
