When you look up the time it says they close at 10pm but everytime we have gone after 8 or 8:30, they no longer serve food. So... if you go for food, DO NOT GO AFTER 8 or 8:30 pm. They then say they close at 9pm at least in this location so they stop makingfood at 8:30. I asked if they had ran out of the hot dogs and the person said "no" they just dnt make them after that timeanymore. I got there at 8:20 they said they were only taking cash, so I asked them what time they closed and they said 9, I thenwent to go get cash and when I went back at 8:34pm, they told me they no longer we serving food, wish they would have told methat before when they told me they were only taking cash. My experience here is always great when it comes to their slushies and shakes but when it comes to their food service, it isn't... the most accurate because I ordered within the app which is already enough and asked for the Double Sonic Cheeseburger with noonions and I paid extra for bacon and all I got was the default burger itself with onions and no bacon. I could've at least beenadvised if there was no bacon so I can at least get an extra add on to my drink instead but that would be my only complaint butthe drinks themselves are always good here and those never disappoint. I had eaten at Sonic in Dinuba, CA, about 4 years ago. I will never eat here again. I got a chili dog. It was very thin and... looked terrible. The chili was barely brushed on. I tried to contact them on their intercom to take it back, to get my moneyback. They never answered the intercom. I left there, threw the chili dog in the trash and never went back Read more
Sat at drive through for over 5 minutes and noone wIted on us so we pulled through. Seeing that at least 2 people were inside... talking to each other we pulled around into a stall and waited again. When a female finally came on speaker it was to tell usthere was no service in the stall area and we needed to go to the drive thru. We explained we had been there for some time andno one had waited on us. We were told to return to the drive thru again.No apology, nothing. We returned and had to wait forsomeone to respond again. They intentionally gave me the wrong order after repeating the correct one multiple times. I ordered a large mozzarella stick,... sprite with blackberry syrup, and large tater tots. We received a small tater tot, 2 corn dogs, and a sprite with less than 1/4the normal blackberry syrup. So they knew what my order was but intentionally gave me the wrong thing. To top it off, not asingle person wore a mask when they're required by law in this area. I love sonic but this location has had constant issues overthe last year. Nearly Everytime you go here they are incredibly slow to complete the smallest of orders. Their lines takeFOREVER, not because of the number of customers, but because they are in no hurry to do anything. If you are the only person inline and order just a drink or two, expect to wait 15 minutes for just your car. Also, they've had a speaker system that's worsethan any fast food place I think I've ever been to. They can't hear you and you can hardly hear them because it's so distorted.This is a known issue and they refuse to do anything about any of these issues. My very 1st time at a sonic.Not very clean. We ordered outside the car. The tables were sticky and alot of flies. Order took... about 20min. The kids meal tots were filled half way i asked the lady if thats all they fill.it.they she said that she filled ithalf way because that was a med. Size.box and didn't have small sizes left...buy the fries kids meal fries also same size wasfilled.all the way so whatever. I didn't order anything for myself besides a cranberry lemonade slushy that was good just toosweet. Read more
