Walked in at exactly 10:30. Ordered the ham biscuit combo. Employee said we have stopped serving breakfast. I said what time do... you stop serving breakfast. She said 10:30. I?m writing this review because I want to thank the manager for being professional when dealing with an irate customer. I drove... thru the drive thru to get dinner. Im assuming the food was alittle behind because I had to pull up and wait for one of myitems. I decided to walk in to save them the trip outside and the group of young men were standing at the counter playingaround. Then all of a sudden one of them start calling the employees names I prefer not to say. He yelled at her until she walkaway. As he continued the young lady came forward and said I am the manager. And asked him to calm down. He did the same withher and I could tell it offended her but she stayed strong, did not engaged with him, while defended her employee. And askinghim to leave the store. I couldn?t help but shake my head. When he wasn?t getting the Reaction that he wanted from the managerhe left. She apologized to me and told me I hadn?t paid. I had forgot during everything. So I ran out grabbed my wallet andreturned and she told me to keep it. And apologized again. I just want to praise this woman because she was remarkable! First, when we walked in the icecream machine was broke (that's okay, stuff happens, so what), second, as we were sitting down,... two of the young girls who worked there, was screaming at a young male who worked there, yelled the 'f' word and walked outsideto the dumpsters, stood there for a bit, then came back in angry, they did all of this in front of a small hanful if customers.Third, the food was good yes, McDonald's usually is. But for the attitude that was giving, the lobby was nasty, trash around thetables, and the slurs and slamming of doors, it was definitely NOT worth going. The restaurant was very dirty. There was trash on many tables, crumbs on the chairs, and all of the trash cans were overflowing.... The food was delivered to the table quickly and the self service kiosks made ordering easy, but the food wasn?t great even forMcDonalds. We are in the restaurant, but the food was lukewarm. The soda machine was messing up by giving nearly all foam makingit very time consuming to fill a cup. Read more
As a local and frequent customer I literally come to the location everyday however today I was literally profiled by the manager... while in the drive through maybe it was my hoddie idk but I gotta call it quits if I?m not respected my currency can?t beaccepted besides my food was subpar once again Update: still racist tendencies just left refused service after the Wi-Fi tookover my phone and the phone payment wasn?t working the younger white girls smh omg than upon entering the African Americanmanger that I know refuse to speak let alone address my concerns smh but this is buckingham where the racism is alive and welland your own people smh Read more
If you go through the drive through you better check your food. My order is rarely right and fries almost always cold
