I very rarely leave bad reviews but my visit today was terrible. I have been coming to this Wendy's for two years and it's had... its bad points with not being properly staffed. I can understand that. Today the manager couldn't have been more rude in thedrive-thru. It's irritating when all you get from them is what else, what else. I only order two meals. Then upon getting hometo eat my baconater I see it has almost no bacon. This will be my last visit to this location and I will no longer recommendthem. Read more
I don?t normally make reviews. I don?t have the time for them but this prolly was the 5th time they didn?t put ketchup on my... burger. How do you not put ketchup on a burger. Is Wendy?s out of ketchup? I wouldn?t be so irritated if this was a one timething. Read more
This place needs better workers and need nicer people that needs to be working there. The manager that is working there now is... rude and has an attitude about anything that a customer brings to her attention. She basically states that it's not her faultbecause she's new and just recently started there. She is even rude to her employees. Read more
This is the worst Wendy's on the planet... I placed a to go order on the app at approx 6:30 pm... got to the Wendy's at 6:40...... did not leave the drive thru till 7:40. There were only 2 employees in the building. I don't know how this franchise evenmanages to stay open, it's ridiculous. Will never go there again. This one is only 2 miles from my house and from now on I willtravel the 10 miles to the other Wendy's. Read more
Service and food are decent when I can get either. However, I have tried to get breakfast here twice this week and nobody has... been there to help me despite them being open. I won't waste my time coming here if no one will actually take my order. Read more
This place is absolutely disgusting, The manager needs find ways to turn this environment around. There are wires hanging out... of the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom, I could barely lift my foot off the floor as the "gorilla glue" of a mess made itdifficult to walk. I watched in disgust as they all had filthy hands with no gloves moving fries from one area to the heatedarea. Covid-19 should be the least if your worries at this fast food establishment. Read more
I found this little guy in my food, I went back in to show and the man that helped me did handle the situation professionally... while the other worker rolled his eyes (must love bugs) but the nice man replaced the sandwich and made it right. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The service is incredibly slow. When it gets busy, I could probably go to a sit... down place, eat, pay, and be out by the time I'm done going through the drive through (I'm not joking). I've been here a fewtimes where the staff will literally lock the door when it gets too busy inside. People get very confused cuz they can see folkson the inside. I've never seen a Wendy's be run so poorly. Read more
