This store is a disaster.. The kids working just run over the manager and to nothing behind the counter.. We stood there while... the manager told the girl to ringme up 3 times and she did nothing. We ended up placing a mobile order while standing at thecounter (566301520). Still took 15 min to get our order.. As you can guess food was cold.. 1 star! Read more

Ten minutes sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order from the drive thru box at 7pm on a Saturday.... Eventually, they started taking orders once they saw the line backed halfway around the building. Read more

Passing through headed back to Florida, met the GM in the drive thru, phenomenal customer service really went above and beyond.... She has a great crew is very polite. Gave some free nuggets to my husky. And some free frosties for our meal. Give this store araise because they were busy. 20/10 would recommend this location above all. Read more

The best we can say about this Wendy's is that it didn't make us sick so it gets two stars. Otherwise the place was dirty... without the tabletops being cleaned for too long. My chicken sandwich was overcooked, dry and somewhat burned so I returned itfor another. The second one was delivered hot and overcooked, dry and somewhat burned. I ate it anyway. The workers werecordial and met our requests. We blame the poor operation of this location on management. They should try sitting down in thedining room and looking around. Read more

Arrived people leaving, as we grab the door to enter its locked now mind you its 123pm on a sunday. Walk to the other door... locked. Walk back to first door a customer opens the door to allow us in. Door locks again, let more people in cashier ask me tostop letting customers in as they are getting ready to close the dining room. Why not put a sign up? if I could rate the servers at the windows separately, they would get 5?s. They were all professional considering the situation.... We arrived there at approximately 11:30 pm and waited 20 minutes to put in our order and then another 30 for our food. I counted6 cars in front of us when we pulled up, and estimate another 4 that had already ordered. The burgers were cold and the frieswere soggy. Hubby's bacon burger had 1 slice of bacon and the lettuce on both burgers were wilted. really dislike givingreviews like this. I should have heeded the previous reviews. I recommend skipping this exit altogether if traveling 95. Read more
