We were on the road just going through Dillon and thought we'd take a look. The daily menu was striking with items that were... Italian, Cuban, Korean, Thai... We had to get the Korean burrito and the peanut chicken salad, and the chef has the Asian flavorprofile for these things down. Being Asian, I rarely run into this kind of understanding in the Mountain states. But the pork inthe burrito was super tender and had the right sweet, tangy, salty, ginger, and onion for any good Asian braise. The noodlesauce had sesame oil hints, the right balance of flavors for Thai or even my peanut noodles, but the fresh salad greens andvegetables were amazing with it. So good. The namesake sandwich is absolutely incredible. This was the first time I?ve ever had a grilled muffuletta sandwich, but it was... easily in the top five sandwiches I?ve ever had. For what it?s worth, my SO and I are the kind of people who would buy a jar ofmartini olives to just eat them, so this was probably more perfect for us than anyone. We also got milk tea and some Zappschips, which are always great. I haven?t been to many restaurants in Dillon, but this place is most definitely special. Thelocation is probably in the most walkable part of the town, but be warned that the whole area is currently undergoing a largeconstruction project ? it should be over soon though. Inside, the restaurant is as cozy as can be. I?d highly recommend anyonepassing through to stop here. We ate the sandwiches before we could get a picture, but I did try to photograph the interior. We recently moved to Dillon, and eat here a couple times a week. We love everything about it. Great food, great coffee, great... atmosphere! We're working our way through the menu and have loved everything we've tried so far! We only wish they were open alittle earlier. Read more

On a drive from Idaho Falls to Kalispell, we stopped to stretch our legs and get a bite to eat. We got the croissant sandwich.... It was warm and buttery, I had to take a picture fast before it was gone! Great place to stop. make sure you visit the smallshops around park! Read more
