Best food in Dillon and Silverthorne and since I've been in Colorado. They have subtle twists to their food and is beautifully... executed. Portions were enormous and the shrimp were anything but small. The salsa has a creamy texture, (cheese,maybe?) superdelicious. The rice had peas and corn, sort of a play on fried rice and Spanish rice, again delectable differences. Read more
Really good Mexican food in a small establishment in Dillon. They have the regular Mexican dishes (tacos, enchiladas and... burritos) plus more elaborated dishes such as mole, gold covered steak, etc. The food taste homemade which is a plus for Mexicanfood. Read more
Slow service, low quality food. We were a group of friends went there after skiing at keystone. They were I think short on... staff, very slow at taking orders, cleaning tables (one empty plate was left at our table for one hour and finally I asked themcan you please take the plates?)
