Super slow. Two of five workers just standing around as line wraps around the restaurant. They clearly prioritize online orders... and average about 3-5 minutes per in person customer. Read more

You have to try the spinach bagel. Had a veggie sandwich and it was awesome! They did seem to be out of a lot of products like... many are right now however the young man that handled our order was really good about suggesting alternatives. He handled itvery well. Clean and quick Read more

I went to pick up an online order: there's smoke billowing out of the building, but a line going in?? I went to the order pick... up window and the employees helped every single person in the line to order going out the door before even asking if I was thereto pick up (ten minutes of me standing in the store). And they were out of the bagel I had ordered ~half an hour beforehand~ bythen. Just skip this place. Read more

I always avoided bagel shops, after all bagels are hard on the outside but chewy, chewy on the inside, but one day I found... myself inside of an Einstein Brothers bagels store, and wow did my perspectives change!! Bagels are not like they were when Iwas a kid in the seventies, they are soft and delicious along with everything that is put on it avocado, eggs, cheese, ham, justamazing I loved it! I will be back, probably many times!! Read more

I read all the negative reviews, but still needed a fairly healthy breakfast on the run so I risked it, anyway. Everything was... fine! Two guys working in the front, one in the back, it wasn?t crowded at all and I walked in, ordered, and got my food inabout five minutes. Overall happy with the place and glad I stopped in. Read more

Whatever you do don?t to order pick up. HUGE MISTAKE. Day one. Order included muffin. Didn?t have muffins still charged me... didn?t say anything when picked up. Day 2 of order. Apparently ran out of sesame bagels. Again didn?t tell me. Made some randomsubstitution with something I?d never eat. This place sucks!! Read more

I have a long history of experience in the Service Industry, in pretty much all it's forms. I have never seen a more consistent... store of any kind in my life. Unfortunately, they are consistently incompetent, slow as molasses, and generally just awful. After giving this store about half a dozen chances, I will now never return even though I am moving to the area. I once likedEinsteins, this store has killed that. The entire staff needs to go. Read more

Einstein Bros. Creative but not perfect. Purchased Texas brisket egg sandwich and Bagelrito with hash browns orange juice and... nitro caramel cold coffee. Total came to $29.76, a bit pricey for breakfast but was willing to splurge since it was mybirthday. The Texas brisket egg sandwich was a work of art and had a well balanced flavor. The bagel itself was crispy on theoutside yielding and not chewy on the inside, just right. The Bagelrito is an innovative attempt but falls short of perfection. The outer "bagel" shell is a cool idea, however it's a bit too thick and chewy. Dropping the flour tortilla would make it crispywithout being chewy. Ingredients on the inside were a very tasty blend with a nice kick. Didn't care for the hash browns. I wasexpecting a light salting on the outside, crispiness and potato flavor. Was not crispy, lacked salt and the cheese used wasn'tcomplimentary and drowned out the natural potato flavor. Orange juice tasted amazing, perhaps freshly squeezed. Nitro caramelcold coffee was good but too sweet. I guess I'm not the target audience for that drink. Overall, I respect the effort in craftand the desire to make something different than traditional breakfast. Some of their offerings need a bit of fine tuning. Leavethe orange juice and the Texas brisket bagel alone however!! Read more
