Besides the food gone really downhill lately, great place to go for iced coffee etc. I know it's not the staff's fault that the... food isn't all that good. I went in to order a bagel belt (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato) and she repeated it to me & I confirmed. I open my bag, hashbrown... was falling apart but my bagel was missing the LT to the BE.
