Food was good, fresh, and still warm ????, it was busy when i stopped in, but typical for supper rush, the resturant was... realitively quiet considering it was 2/3'rds full, a person could still have a conversation, and not be drowned out by thefolk's at the next table..!! Read more
The burger was very dry little to nothing on the burger
The food is good and only a few staff members are nice. I went there and one of the staff members yelled at me and for sitting... at a table near the restaurant. And they don?t treat their employees well, they yell at them and say mean things about them. Theone in champagne place needs to be nicer to their employees. Read more

The food is good but the service is very very bad. The staff is very rude.
This was by far my favorite fast food restaurant to go to until recently. Their night shift no longer seems to care about making... any orders correctly anymore as every time I go my food is incorrect. The other day I only got 1/2 of my order, contacted A&Wand they sent me a gift card for my full order so I decided to go back. This time I ordered the same meal, both Teen Burgerswere cold, both were missing onions, and I had asked for extra seasoning, and there was none at all on the burgers. The qualityhas gone completely down, their night staff just don't care anymore and I assume no one actively manages this place now with thenumber of errors they do nowadays. McDonald's is now better than this restaurant and that's pretty bad, but at least when you goto McDonald's they give you the correct order. Read more
Went through the drive thru and when I got home I realized half the order was missing. I called A&W and told them, the person on... the phone said there was nothing he could do and didn?t offer anything to rectify their mess up. So only half the children gotto eat tonight. Read more
