The burger was so sloppily put together it could hardly be eaten. I've had lots of fast food and don't expect perfection but... this was ridiculous. Your food is great, cakes are excellent but you really need to train your staff on putting the orders together properly. ... Nothing is more annoying than getting home and finding your missing part of your order, then drive back to get the rest of yourorder and get home and the rest of the food is cold. Read more
Made us wait over 25 minutes for 8 burgers in the drive-through. Forgot to cook our burgers and we had to go back in looking for... them and we?re treated like we did something wrong, no sorry. Nothing. Awful service going to olds or airdrie. Last visit theyoverfilled my blizzard and was everywhere as well. Read more
Always very dry hamburgers, buns especially. Don't bother ordering fries, you'll get 10 of them. Whoever owns the joint is... cheap..and it shows. Usually cold also. The one in Olds is always fresher, worth the 10 extra minutes if you're heading north. Read more
I come here more often than I want to admit but there's been a few times they don't give me my drink.. fine whatever, but now... I've gotten home and my kids burger isn't in there ... after working 12 hours and being too tired to cook for us that was a hugedisappointment and waste of money. Read more
Just finished supper. I can honestly tell you that our meal looked like it was from a commercial and tasted like it was from... heaven. My only regret was not taking any pictures. I have never seen so called fast food look like they do on TV until today.Didsbury?s is done with respect & integrity. I straight up recommend it to everybody. I?ll be back tomorrow night. Everyone seems to be working hard and there is definitely a learning curve with the new restaurant. I?ve had 5 blizzards over... the past few weeks and each one is great on top but only vanilla ice cream on the bottom. They need to be mixed up more beforebeing served. I have given this place multiple times to improve but out of the last 10 times I've been there I've never had a good or even... passable experience. It is a better experience to drive to olds and actually get what you order in less than an hour. Read more
