Loved the location of this shop! Perfect after shopping treat! Just wanted to ask owners to put a system in place where they do... not place the ice cream Rolls with their gloved hands that they?ve been touching everything around the store. Also the rolledice cream could use slightly more flavor maybe the add ons should be a pinch more. Read more

Since alot of frozen yogurt places closed yogurt city is basically the only place left. The staff is always friendly and the... place is clean but they changed the setup so you can no longer serve yourself which kinda took away from the fun factor. Theyserve you soft serve and put your toppings on which aren?t labeled on the wall. I wasn?t a fan of the rolled ice cream but thesoft serve wasn?t bad. Covid put a damper on the business but was definitely alot better beforehand Read more

Poor frozen yogurt place. Limited selections of flavors and you cannot serve yourself nor obtain your own toppings. Smallest cup... ever provided. I will also mention my main concern and disappointment which is mold growing in your toppings specifically theReese?s cups. Also could not locate any trash cans inside or outside. You can tell they don?t get busy nor rotate their stock tokeep food fresh. Sadly, I won?t recommend this place nor return. Read more

Went in excited for some vegan rolled ice cream. Once we got in we were unfortunately told by staff that they are no longer... allowed to roll vegan ice cream? A little disappointed especially because they even advertise vegan rolled ice cream on theirstore front. We were still able to get vegan soft serve however and they had multiple flavor options for that and a good amountof toppings to choose from. The staff were super friendly and place was clean just needs some updated advertising. Read more

I really wanted dessert after dinner and came here. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. I... asked about the vegan ice cream and they had it and put unlimited toppings. It came to a total of $4. When I got in I endulgedand it wasn't that great. The ice cream left a little after taste and the toppings of oreo and peanut butter didn't make it anybetter. I wouldn't return. Read more

I had the rolled cookie dough ice cream and it was okay. Very cold so not the best for sensitive teeth. I think I'll just stick... with frozen yogurt next time. The one machine was broken when I went. They had a lot of toppings though and the staff wasfriendly. Read more

This was our first visit to Yogurt City and it won't be our last! The rolled ice cream is amazing. It's made right there in... front of you and it's mesmerizing and interesting to watch the process and how it freezes and is rolled up before your eyes. They have a variety of different flavors you can choose from and even make your own. They even offer vegan and dairy freeoptions too. I ended choosing the Chocolate Chip Dough Boy which is chocolate chip cookie dough flavored rolled up ice cream. Itwas delicious and almost too nice looking to eat! Also sampled the frozen yogurt and they have a variety of flavors and loadsof toppings. The cool part is unlike other places, they don't go by weight for pricing but by cup size. So you can load your cupup as much as you'd like and it's still the same price. That is really a huge plus and a great decision! Both were greattasting sweet treats, service was great and staff very friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Well worth it! I look forward tothem opening up in Wilkes-Barre very soon as well! Read more
