They served everyone in drive through and had 10-15 people in dinning room screaming for food. Staff came out to tell everyone... in dinning room that their boss requires they pause dinning room to only focus on drive through. Terrible management. Read more
Not a good experience at all. Normally they are good. This store is in need of better management. I had to change my order 3... times because they were out of several items. It was bad. People were coming back in from the drive threw with order problems.The lobby teas were empty, ketchup empty. We left without finishing our meal. You could hear the staff shouting and arguing. Stopped in for a quick bite. Major disappointment. They are charging way to much for a single patty burger combo. Just like... everywhere else prices have gone up but quality is the same or gone down. Fountain drinks were off on taste. No baked potatoesready for lunch time. Won't be back...ever. Read more
Fries were cold, they gave me a burger with 1 slice of cheese cut in half, 0 customer service, 0 education.
Worst fast food experience I've had ever. Clearly poor management. 20 min wait on "fast food". Environment not clean. Only spicy... chicken nuggets, no salads (the only reason we chose Wendy's), one soda machine out of order, the other soda machine had no icewith only 3 drink options, & no napkins. They moving very slow do to staff shortage I'm thinking but 15 minutes is tooo long just to wait on a #1 but once I got my order... it was well worth the wait.. I must say that the server that were making the burger really did do a great job working alonepreparing 5 orders at one time. And still able to fix the sandwich just the way a sandwich should look & taste. Now I must sayI've been here before but this time I was well pleased with my meal.... keep up the wonderful work young lady..... lunch hourusually be very busy anyway.. bottom line you can hold your own. Slow to handle a lunch rush. Manager out of the kitchen while the inside line just builds and builds. Took 20 minutes just to... obtain my meal. When I chose a fast food restaurant to eat at, I expect a fast delivery. Read more
