I visited Frosty Jug for the first time today and I don't think I will be going back. The food was pretty good though a bit... expensive. I have definitely had better malts for less than $5.50. However, while waiting for my food I realized I had beenovercharged. I asked the woman at the counter about it and she became visibly irritated almost to the point of angry. When sherecalculated and determined she had overcharged me she give me a refund but was very rude about it and never offered an apology. Read more

Good, simple food. Burger was cooked just right and crinkle fries tasted amazing! Quick service for how busy they were!

Food was good. Service was not. Called in my order, and it seemed that they would prefer to wait on walk ins, and people dining... in first. Would even glance at the drive in window, without any acknowledgement. Read more

Got a fried bologna sandwich and a milkshake. Food was okay, milkshake tasted a little off. Service was good.

Great little 'hole in the wall' my kid loved it especially since he's into some throw back stuff! Excellent desserts!

We went through the drive thru at about 5:45 on Monday. No one in front of us, one vehicle in the parking lot. After waiting... quite awhile we were asked to park in the lot as other cars were now waiting behind us. Half an hour after ordering the girlfinally brought our food out. We were missing a drink and since it had taken so long, I looked at the 4 milkshakes we ordered.Mostly melted by the time we got them. We told her this right away and she said she could remake them but it?s going to beawhile because they had other ice cream orders to make first. I asked for a refund and gave them back. She came back out againseveral minutes and said her manager needed my card to refund us. I went inside to get a refund because it had already been overhalf an hour and we weren?t even getting what was already paid for. Manager could not have cared any less. Mumbled a ?yeahsorry? took my card, handed me a receipt and didn?t say another word. Get home with our cold food and had gotten mini burgersinstead of a chicken sandwich. I called back right away and the same girl was once again apologizing for the delay and mix upbut said it?s just what they gave her. She got the manager, explained who we were and that we now had the wrong food. Again,mumbled a sorry and handful of excuses about that?s how the milkshakes are and it?s not their fault as they do the best theycan. I explained I?m trying really hard to be nice about it but after trying to support a small local business, waiting for overhalf hour for melted ice cream, cold food and not even getting what we ordered isn?t our fault. Instead of blowing it off andtrying to make it right, taking responsibility for bad service from start to finish, he just gave the impression that he reallydidn?t care one way or the other and was annoyed that I wanted my money back for melted ice cream that I didn?t take and amissing sandwich. We had the best experience eating here. The food was amazing and the shakes and ice cream was the perfect way to end our day.
